Summary

• TravelDoc Kit has no account and no custom server.
• Your trips, document images, and details are stored locally on your device.
• The app collects no analytics, shows no ads, does not scan email or calendar, and does not track you.

What we store

All trip content — destinations, dates, travelers, contacts, notes, document images, and extracted text — is stored on-device (a local JSON snapshot and SwiftData). Images live in the app's private storage. This data is included only in your own encrypted device backups; it is never sent to us.

Privacy mode

Privacy mode masks sensitive values (passport, visa, insurance) on screen. It is a display convenience; your data continues to live locally on your device.

Text recognition (OCR)

When you attach a document image, TravelDoc Kit can suggest dates and numbers. This runs entirely on your device with Apple's Vision framework. Images and recognized text are never uploaded.

Notifications

If you opt in, the app schedules local notifications as pre-trip reminders. No push server is involved.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect personal information, analytics, advertising identifiers, location, email, or calendar data. We operate no servers that receive your content.
