Where is my data stored? Entirely on your device. Signoff Local has no account and no cloud server. Your records, photos, and signatures never leave your iPhone.

How does signing work? Each party signs on the screen with a finger. The signature is flattened into the exported PDF. It is a simple acknowledgement, not a certified e-signature.

What's in the exported PDF? The template title, date, location, both parties, notes, your photos, and both signatures.

Is this legally binding? No. Signoff Local creates a simple acknowledgement record. It is not a certified e-signature, does not verify identity, and is not a substitute for legal contracts.

Can I reuse a previous signoff? Yes. Open a record and choose Duplicate to start a new one with the same details (signatures are not carried over).

Is there a subscription? No. One-time purchase, no in-app purchases, no ads.
